Moneglia is a very cute little town, and the hotel was about a 3 minute walk from the beach. The room was great, comfy bed and a balcony too. Very clean. We got free breakfast included - many options there. Perfect for a beach vacation - not touristy at all.
The only issue was that the staff didn't speak english. Checkout was a pain because I was under the impression that I had prepaid, and they thought I was trying to run out without paying. Moneglia is also a bit of a way away from the actual Cinque Terre cities. It's about a 45 minute train ride to Monterrosso and Riomaggiore, where you find the main drag and the mountain trails. If you're just looking for a nice sandy beach and good food, this is the perfect place.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating -- they changed our room so that we could have a top balcony and added a extra bed to our room. The view was beautiful and the small town was wonderfully charming and a perfect place to stay. Transportation into Cinque Terre was simple, and the area was extremely safe. Internet and breakfast were free. The room, dining area, and patio were decorated with lights and were adorably romantic. The many balconies and terraces were a nice touch. Our room even had a view of the sea. Great place to stay for a family or for a couple. I would go back in an instant, especially with its price. Compared to other hotels, it is a steal.
The only two issues were that one side of the queen-sized bed was rock hard and caused some difficulty sleeping. But, that was only in our second room. Also, the hot water did not last.

We were given a room with a balcony which was great because the rooms are tiny. The bathroom was a real experience! However, the rooms were clean and the bed comfortable and had very pleasant views. We loved walking down to the town in the evening and walking back in the dark was a real treat because of the fireflies. The Central Bar in town was friendly and lively and we especially enjoyed The Tender Restaurant on the corner.

We enjyed the simple village and the totally relaxing atmoshpere. The bathroom was impossibly small but because of he ambience we went back later for another 3 days.

We were made to feel very welcome by everyone in the hotel. Francesca was very helpful in helping us find places to see in the surrounding area and gave us maps for the Cinque Terra. She also spoke French and English in addition to Italian so that we were able to communicate well. We loved our terrace room and we loved the breakfast and dining room. Mostly the competence and kindness of the staff made our stay wonderful. We would gladly stay here again.
It would be nice if they carried at least one English language TV channel like BBC News or CNN. It would also be good if they had a wireless router so that hotel guests could use their own laptops. However, they do have an internet terminal so that guests can come down to the lobby to check on email or transact other business online. This was very helpful.

Great location, very nice and helpful owners. Great tasting food at dinner, though a bit pricey.

We liked the location of the hotel in Moneglia. It was in a quiet neighborhood location that had a brief walk access to the main town. It was very convenient.
The staff were all a little stern, and even a little rude. This included the breakfast host and the woman who checked us out. Interesting. At the same time, other guests in the hotel were very nice and we had good conversations. It appears to be a place to which people return often, which speaks well of it.

Owners very friendly and helpful, food good only the evening waitress could do with leaning some manners, she was simply rude, almost throwing the meals on the table and departing again before the plates had come to rest.
Evening waitress very rude! Microscopic bathroom.

The position of the hotel was ok. It was 15 minutes walking from the train station. The hostess was excellent and very helpful, which is an important thing when you travel. The breakfast was also ok - simple but good. Overall I was satisfied, mainly beacuse the stuff was very helpfull.

The B&B is in a quiet residential area, not very far from the center. The room was nice and spacious, and the room and bathroom were very clean (and are cleaned every day). The lady that runs the place was very nice and eager to help. Good value for money and a great place to stay to visit Turin.
The bathroom is shared, but only among two rooms. We didn't encounter any problems with that. Breakfast is at a bar nearby. They were very nice as well, but it seemed not all the staff knew the details of the arrangement with the B&B.
